We ship both locally and nationally. We do not offer international shipping at this time, however it will be available soon.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and delivered between 5-7 business days.*

If you have any questions or concerns about your package once shipped please contact USPS for more information with the tracking number provided. Due to COVID-19 shipping may be increased and shipping delayed.
Your satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-day Replacement Policy:
We value your patronage and want you happy! If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer replacements. We will issue replacements at no shipping cost to the customer for candles that arrived damaged/broken.
Timing: we have a 14-day Replacement Policy, since the day item was received. Candles can not be used. For replacements, please email cooptocandlellc@gmail.com with the subject "Replacements" and include your order number, name and the reason for the replacement. Please send an image of the damaged product.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. All sales are final. No refunds.
